Hubby travels across the state for various freelancing gigs and this binder is the perfect way to keep him organized. What I particularly liked about this style of organizer is that both compartments have zippered closures which makes it impossible for things to accidentally fall out. The two compartments of this organizer include a 2" binder/accordion file holder and a zippered pouch to hold an iBook, cell phone and pens. The 13 compartment file holder can be organized by month or job & comes with a handful of preprinted tabs. There are also mesh bags in both compartments and a carrying handle on the outside.The fabric is made of polyester canvas and feels quite sturdy. It is both dust proof and can be safely spot cleaned with a damp rag. A good product and one that does a great job of organizing one's life.

A nice material exterior makes this organizer look very professional. It has plenty of pockets and a nice expanding file section that will hold many 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of paper. It also has a three-ring binder portion where you can easily keep about 50-100 sheets of notebook paper. This is well made and thoughtfully put together to maximize available space. This would be perfect for maintaining tax documents or important project notes and handouts. The handle on top makes it easy to carry and the zipper closure provides extra protection against losing papers. This will definitely help you get organized and look professional.

Mixed feelings. On the one hand, great execution! The binder has everything I want and need in an organization portfolio....but, the materials used are cheap quality. If you aren't expecting too much, this is ideal. It isn't going to fall apart on you or anything like that. BUT, if you're in this for the long haul...well, this may not be for you. I'd rec for home use, but not professional presentation use. That aside, it's great for light organization and I'm thankful for it.

I’ve been using the Uquelic Accordion File Organizer Binder, and it does what I need it to do. The 13 pockets hold letter-size papers without any trouble, and the included labels make it easier to keep things sorted. The handle is useful for carrying it around, and the material feels like it will hold up over time. It stays upright when full and doesn’t collapse, which is important for keeping papers in order.The reason I took off a star is the zippers. They don’t move as smoothly as I’d like and sometimes catch on the fabric. They haven’t failed, but I have to be careful when opening and closing the binder. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it’s something to be aware of. It keeps my papers organized and does the job. If the zippers worked better, I wouldn’t have any complaints.

I made a New Year’s resolution to be more organized in 2025. I got this to organize our important papers. Birth certificates, car titles , veterinary record and such. I like to have all my important documents in a “ grab and go box “ because we live in Florida and frequently have to evacuate due to hurricanes. So this file folder is perfect. It’s well made , and sturdy and hold a good amount of papers and documents.
