If you love breaking the back glass on your iPhone this is the accessory for you! I had this attached to my UAG case and had dropped my phone. I had never broken the glass on the front or the back of my iPhone and blamed the case. Bought a new nomad case and replaced the glass. With the new case and using the UAG iPhone stand, I dropped and boom, another broken back glass. It’s heavy and metal and since I’ve been using the accessory my iPhone back glass has broken twice. Avoid this product unless you love paying $200 to fix your iPhone every time you break the glass.

This device will change the way you use your phone. The magnet is strong, the device is sturdy (tho the bottom of the stand could be a bit wider, admittedly).If you have the USG case, this device is quite complementary (shape, aesthetic, color-wise) to the case.I love it!

I initially got this more for the kickstand functionality and liked that the colorways matched UAG's Flagship Kevlar Monarch Pro and it does work well for this purpose, but it turned out to be secondary for me. The real game changing function of these little guys is the Grip. I'll have the phone propped up with the ring and when I pick it up, sliding my middle finger through the ring quickly became second nature. It almost guarantees that you won't drop it which for clumsy folks like myself is a godsend! It also makes me want to use the stylus more for some reason. There are two bends and they're both nice and stiff. The magnet has a solid hold with my matching UAG Monarch Pro Case, so I don't have to worry about it accidentally popping off. Sure it's a little pricey for what it is, but for me it's worth every penny! Just wish UAG made a screen protector that didn't nullify the GG Armour 2 anti-glare effect, but maybe they still will at some point.

I do not use a case on my mobile since I always find them too bulky and ugly, hiding the nice design of the phone itself. I am usually very careful and only use a screen protector which has worked for me for more than 10 years now. However the grip on a naked phone is almost always non existent and I need something to help me hold it a bit more securely without ruining the looks. Previously I have used popsockets and similar products which did the job ok however Urban Armor Gear UAG Magnetic Phone Ring Stand is on a completely different level! The hold of the magnets is SUPER STRONG. Not once in 6 months it came detached. The hinges on the stand itself are very stiff and never collapses or loses its shape once you set it up. You can use it as a prop, as a stand or as a loop around your fingers and it simply works perfectly. You can position your phone in almost any imaginative orientation and angle and it just stays in that position forever. I strongly recommend this product!

I like the magnetic stand. The only thing that I dislike about it is that while putting the phone in the pocket it catches the seam of the pocket and it falls off. I had to look for it a couple of times. It works as a stand nicely.

I'll start by saying I don't use this very often since I use magsafe induction charging a lot, I don't like having someone stuck to my phone. So in the few months since I've gotten it, I've probably used it the equivalent of 2 weeks of full time use. It's very functional and feels good on your finger(s) when holding (some like this are thin and cut into your finger after a while) and the articulation is smooth and tight so it stays right where you move it to. Over time, the articulation has gotten looser and looser such that it flops out which is annoying. There doesn't appear to be any way to tighten it as it's just a rod it pivots on. Also, the small ring has a bent piece at 90 degrees that prevents the ring from pivoting too far...the exterior aluminum piece on that little tab started peeling off and eventually interfered with the pivot so I tore it off. It doesn't affect the functionality, just the aesthetics. I had high hopes for this and if it held it's original function I'd say it was worth the spend but sadly, it's not.

So I’m on day 2-1/2 of having this grip and I really enjoy it so far. I don’t know what others are talking about but this came brand new in box without a single scratch. It’s a little tight to open up but I’m sure with use it will loosen up a bit. It is a tad on the pricey side but it’s better than a cheaper one I purchased recently. It’s heavy duty and I like how it holds the phone in so many different angles. The magnet grips the back of my case really nicely. This sucker will not fall of without a good pull. My only complaint is that you have to take it off if you want to mount this to a MagSafe charger or car mount. Other than that I really like this thing and would recommend it for anyone without a grip/ stand for their phone. It def comes in handy.

Don’t get me wrong. With a title like that I make it sound like it’s not the best thing in the world. It’s definitely not a need but a want. With that being said I’m a very budget conscious person so justifying a purchase is difficult for something so small, but this is UAG.The retail price for the product is $35 dollars and the only reason I bought this was because of the Black Friday Sale going on right now which brought the price to $25. Even then that’s still too much in my opinion it’s worth $16 at best.Anyways, it’s everything you’d expect from UAG. The design is phenomenal. You would think it would feel weird in your pocket but it doesn’t. It’s super stable and sturdy. I even tried flicking my phone from the ring stand and the magnet would not pop off. It’s very adjustable and versatile. It takes angling the magnet to have it be removed with ease. Also, I found myself fidgeting a lot with the magnet popping sound when removing and letting it fall on the MagSafe case. So for those out there with angst you might love this.Anyways, this is again not something I can see people absolutely needing, but it’s totally a great product and a nice add on to your UAG product. If money is not an issue for you do as you please. I’m sure you’ll love this product.

Pleased with this, never had a handle on the back of my phone before but liked the fact it can be used as a stand which works really well, it’s firm and doesn’t feel like it’s going loosen any time soon.Build quality is what you would expect from UAG - great, love the colour, I think the price is ok, the magnet feels mega strong which is great, after a couple of weeks I have lost some colour from the edges, nothing major though and I would still recommend this product.
