This distributor rotor bracket is inexpensive if you judge by the price tag alone.However, if you consider the potentially disastrous consequences of its probable failure, well then its anything but.Compared to the 21-year old original part its replacing the quality is terrible.The alloy it is machined of is porous and it has dings and scratches on it. It displays none of the precision machining of the original part.Yet it is only a bracket and does the job as long as it does not fail, and unfortunately the BOSCH-made version of this bracket is hard to find.That's why I gave it 3 stars, only for lack of a convenient alternative.Even so I have ordered the genuine MB parts at a hefty premium. I'll feel more at ease once the URO brackets are out of my car.
