This switch worked fine, although felt a little crunchy, until I had to pull the vent cover off to clean out some stray foam from the blend doors… the switch literally fell apart at the crimps.

Was looking to replace my switch since my old one was worn out. Saw videos on other ones wayyy more expensive on amazon and a cheaper alternative that wasn't guaranteed.Found this one on my search for a 1999 Porsche Boxster and to my surprise it works absolutely amazing. Install was easy for this part specifically. 100% recommend this over the $160+ alternative that's out there somewhere
