I bought these gears for two reasons. One, they are made in the USA. There are a few companies making gears here but not too many. Many gear companies have moved offshore to China and India. I’ve used gears made in India and they worked fine but I prefer American made. The second reason was because they were not much more expensive than imported gears and in some cases even less expensive.Getting a decent pattern on them was a bit of a challenge. The good thing was I would able to send picture to tech support and they helped me dial them in. They were helpful and quick to respond.I won’t know until spring how loud or quite they will be. I was previously running Richmond gears in this vehicle and they made a bit of noise at freeway speeds. It wasn’t terrible and it wasn’t completely unexpected. If they are excessively noisy I will update this review.
