What I really like about this splitter is that it has a metal case with a nice finish. It's easy to use, plug n play. If your computers USB-c doesn't support video then this will not work. It doesn't work on my work computer, but works great on my gaming laptop at home. So just be sure your computer supports USB-c video before purchasing. This is a great, portable, inexpensive way to add a monitor.

Item disconnects every time I turn my computer on and off and doesn’t reconnect. I have to take 10 min to find, launch, and run the executable file to get it to connect.

This is straight up trashhhhhhhh. The software that was included in the device is malware, so I had to do a hard reset in order for me to clear out any issues.

Hey, you get what you pay for. It works, but it's got no updates to the old style drivers, doesn't support the hightech functionality of the monitor (touch screen, HDR color, high resolution-[can force it but it doesn't like it] and my cursor is different on that screen than on the other two. Otherwise it works, just is not doing my 3rd monitor justice. Could not use it for 2 monitors on windows 11, but gladly I have a USBC connector for the other monitor.

This item is awful. I plugged in my two extra HDMI monitors and then this thing into the laptop's USB port and it would only recognize one HDMI monitor and the display was goofy - too large of a font, text cut off the screen, etc. I then looked at the package for this and it shows it only goes up to Windows XP and Windows 2000. No Windows 10 or 11. What a freaking joke! This is definitely a return piece of junk.

Works perfect with my toshiba laptop with windows 10. Be sure to install the driver that goes along with the adapter. That is how you can control your screen output. No complaints thus far.
