This thing sucked. I used it with my work headset and no one could hear me at all. They said I was covered with static. Total bummer because the reason I got this was because my favorite headset didn't have the proper plug for my laptop. I figured this would've been the solution but nope.

We went in Best Buy looking for something that would accomplish this goal. The Geek Squad was GREAT & even helped pull it up here on Amazon since they don’t carry in store. Also arrived quickly too!!

Plug and Play with MacOS and Windows. The blue light flashes while drivers are installed and stopped flashing when it was finished. No complaints yet.
