I use this for a Speed running hotkey for my splits and it works perfectly. I press it with my feet but you could just have this on your desk as a big button. love it.

I got this foot pedal to use as an additional "hot key" button to mute my headset microphone in discord. It works as expected and I'm satisfied with the purchase. The cord length is a little on the short side, but it was long enough to reach from my PC to where I needed to press. You might want to buy an extension to make things a little bit more convenient though.

This is just one of those tools I wish I got sooner, having a foot toggle for voip, action keys, keybinds in blender or unity, this thing has been a dream to improving my workflow and giving my foot something to do. Currently I'm using this for discord, have used it in blender to be a trigger key, just so many use cases for a foot pedal.

One of these things is invaluable for push-to-talk for games where you can't sacrifice a finger for comms. Easy set up once you download elfkey from the PCsensor site. The default key without configuration is the "b" key, and it functions like a normal key. In the software there are a bunch of options to do incase you have other uses for an extra key.The pedal itself is a slight wedge shape with the smaller edge towards the back of your foot. The pivot point is in the front so to push the pedal, you step on the very end, closest to you. I find this an improvement from my old foot pedal that has the actuation point at the very top, with the pivot at the bottom. This way I can just rest my toes on it and the rest of my foot on the floor. This is a great improvement from my old foot pedal, solely for the comfort of leaving my foot on the ground and using my toes to activate it.

This pedal is nice and simple. Plug it in. Download and open the software. Pick a key. And that's it. Now you can have an extra button for push to talk or something else like a page turner, and you don't have to stop typing or take your hands off of your homerow keys to do it and can even talk hands free if you'd like. The pedal itself seems pretty sturdy and doesn't look like my foot is going to cause it any issues any time soon. The response from pressing to lifting and then repressing is excellent and I'm not noticing any delay. I also ran the software through an antivirus to double check that it's safe.Easy to setup, easy to use, works the way it's supposed to and feels sturdy 5/5

Almost all PC games use keyboard and mouse combo. This foot pedal is a nice addition with programmable key binding. I set mine to launch my most used application.

What can I say other than it feels strong and I stomped on it a good few times to see if it would break, it didn't lol. It was plug and play with no needed driver download to start using it, and it worked without issue. I have yet to figure out how to set this up with my controller app to trick Clone Hero into thinking it is a controller button, but that is the goal and when I do I will come back with more info lol, I just want to be able to use a foot pedal to trigger star power...As far as the device goes though I can't find a flaw and for the price it is a great deal since some other name brand pedals cost a stupis amount of money. 18 dollars is a steal.

This is a bit of a strange review, because I already owned this product... but it was sold under a different name! I ordered the first foot peddle months ago and enjoyed using it as a fun way to interact with some games on my computer. For a while, I considered ordering a second one (every gas peddle needs a brake, after all). So, when I saw a picture of this peddle with a design that looked exactly the same as mine, I was curious, and gave it a try. And, yep, as you can see by my picture, other than the label on the back, it's virtually the same peddle. Which is good, because I really like them! The peddle itself is really easy to setup and even easier to use. It has just the right amount of resistance and a good sized pressing surface. It doesn't make a clicking sound when you press it, though of note, it is a binary switch, meaning it isn't like a gas peddle with a range of motion - it's either "pressed" or "not pressed".The peddle uses a lightweight program to define what happens when you press it. And I was extra happy to learn that the program is smart enough to detect when two of the same peddle are plugged in, and allowed me to set each one separately! But an even better feature is that it actually has memory inside it, meaning once you set a keystroke or mouse click in the program, it's saved in the peddle itself. This means you don't have to keep an extra program open to use it, which is a HUGE plus to me. You can even program it on one computer, unplug it, and use it on another! The cord and connectivity are fairly standard USB cables. I did have a bit of trouble getting the cord itself to straighten and lie flat. It would benefit from having something like a braided cloth cable, but that would probably make it more expensive. So, if you're like me, you probably already have an idea for why you'd want an extra button on your floor and just aren't sure which one to pick. I think I can happily say that this one seems like the one to go with! It's simple, functional, and solidly made with good easy-to-use software. I'd recommend getting one.. or in my case, two!
