Various of the SPI bus pins are at 5V, even though the VCC is at 3.3V. This won't work with many SPI flash chips and may even permanently damage them. This can be easily confirmed by measuring the pin voltages with a multimeter, and it is also extensively documented on the internet (Amazon won't let me embed external links in the reviews).*Do not buy the black CH341A board.* Instead, buy the blue or green ones as listed elsewhere.
