I selected these for students to use in a photography class. I needed 21 of them, so the economical price was a factor. They're working fine, seem sturdy, and are holding up well, even when used by multiple rambunctious teenagers. I'll update my review if I find any issues, but so far so good.

Whoah thought they didn't work there for a minute but they did nice price for the three pack they work with the computer and if you get the smaller adapter they'll work with your phone

The internal SD memory card reader died in my laptop, and I depended on it for critical backups of financial data, so I had to fix it or replace it with an external one. I wasted hours trying to fix it, but could not figure out the root cause of the failure so I decided to look around for an external replacement, and came across this one. The price was so low, I just could not believe that it actually worked. But, it arrived yesterday and I tested it, and it works great. Highly recommend it.

Due to changes in the USB standards, I have found many of the newer type adapters (usually 3.x standard) will not work well or at all in some of the older stereo equipment or with my in dash entertainment systems. Where the equipment will not recognize the newer adapters, these work hassle free. I bought several to use with older vehicles and my newer JVC travel trailer stereo.While it might look like a problem with your micro SD card, it might actually be the adapters you are using.
