The product it broke internally after 30 days of use bc it's stopped showing it was connect to the usb port on computer. If I plugged any other USB adapter in the same port it would work fine. So I know it was the device not the USB port of the PC.Even though my window of refund had passed. The company fix my issue and had great customer service.

This item works well. I needed something to add ethernet to my laptop so that I could easily configure a router. This device arrived quickly and was plug and play. The added USB ports are nice, especially since my laptop only has two and both are in use. I highly recommend this product.

This is like the coolest little dongle! The USB 3 extenders are necessary. I plugged in and there wasn't even a need to self-configure Windows 10, it just worked, and well. I'm testing a full 1gb bidirectional. (985).So, it's cost efficient and it works really well.

Connectivity and speed are very good. Sometimes gets hot when used for 4-5 days continuously and stops working for a brief time until cooling down.Seller mentioned it may be a rare case of device compatibility issue (my device is dell Inspiron 5590) and offered full refund.

The functionality was exactly what I needed. I believed I would be able to get at least 6 months usage from it. I’m sooo disappointed. It was glitching and finally it won’t work at all after only 3 weeks of having it.

I plugged it into the USB C slot and then connected the cable and a half a second later, the symbol for the internet showed up on my task bar. It was just that quick and that easy.

I was having a problem with my internet disconnecting. I called my internet service provider who sent an engineer. They stated that my Router was in good working order. Therefore, I suspected that the problem must be with the Motherboard. Or, rather, the Ethernet port on the Motherboard. I purchased this as a work around, as opposed to changing the Motherboard, as I have USB ports to spare to connect the Ethernet cable. When it arrived, I plugged it in and intended to connect the Ethernet cable the next time my internet cuts out. However, it has not happened since plugging in this device (touch wood), despite the fact that the Ethernet cable is not connected to it. So, while I cannot explain why the problem seems to be resolved, it seems to have happened once this was connected, so… I’m happy.
