Discord connected my MacBook to my TV perfectly. The cord isn’t very long, so just be aware of that. Overall, it connects without any issue and does what it’s supposed to do.

I've only used this so far to connect my phone (USB-C) to a screen (hdmi) and display my phone on the screen. This works flawlessly, with very little lag , and auto-rotation of the screen from vertical to horizontal. This will work nicely for non-smart TVs or projectors when you want play something from your phone (and casting is not an option). The cable itself seems well made, so hoping it will deliver a solid connection for a long time.

Connected my Dell XPS to the projector in seconds using the included cable. One-way transfer was as perfect as advertised. Made the purchase after confirming that my laptop has DP Alt mode.

I used it to mirror my laptop screen to a large screen TV in order to watch a movie with a friend. The little device paid for itself already, if you consider the price of movie tickets. It only took a simple change in the laptop screen settings and selecting the appropriate DVI input on the TV.Popcorn not included.

With the advent of USB-C came a lot of flexibility in computer port use, but also a lot of confusion in what the cable use is appropriate for. This is great, because not only can you use this cable to charge a phone or computer, you can also transfer data and video. The included HDMI adapter allows you to connect any 4K monitor that doesn't use USB-C and has an HDMI port on it. The flexibility and universal use makes this an easy addition to an office setup, or a cable you can toss in your bag for travel.

The build quality feels solid, and the cable has a nice amount of flexibility without being flimsy. I also appreciate that it supports Thunderbolt 3/4 devices and clearly states that it’s uni-directional—USB-C to HDMI only—which avoids confusion.Overall, a reliable, easy-to-use adapter that does exactly what it promises. Great value for the price.
