I have had black lights before and this is definitely not as intense. Cannot really see a very dramatic color effect on objects like I expected. It is lightweight though.

It burnt out yesterday, bought it less than 2 years ago, it was fine for the most part and to be fair I did leave it on a lot still feel like it shouldn't have burnt out just yet, it's cheap so worth the price just don't expect it to last.

I bought this black light for my young granddaughter, along with neon paints, tape, and markers. The black light is strong enough that even in the afternoon the colors glowed under the black light. It would be more fun in the evening with lights off. So product was as described.

I needed this to light up a section of a room. It did not make enough light to light up the space they stated. it's better for a very small area, like inside a cabinet. it was not bright enough to light up a section of a room. I returned it.

This is bright and I am using it for a shelf display. It looks amazing. Only caution is it gets really warm during operation, so provide ventilation, use the mounting legs provided and don't leave it on continuously.
