I’m utterly gobsmacked by this kit. If you have ever even thought about making resin jewelry, I honestly don’t believe you can do better than to purchase this kit. The number and variety of projects that this will introduce you to, the different things you can make with UV Resin, the many ways you can color resin, the sheer volume of jewelry findings and pigments and glitters and molds just blew me away. I have been working with epoxy resin for a couple of years now, and I know that if you tried to individually purchase the items in this kit, chances are good that you’ll pay 3 times this amount. This seems to be intended as a very comprehensive set of items to get a beginner started and then pushed far beyond entry level projects using UV Resin. The jewelry findings are nice and well made, but of fairly common quality; fine for gifts and craft shows but not for crafting expensive jewelry. The only additional items that you may need to complete some of the projects here are a pair of jewelry pliers (for closing jump rings), a small drill (for making holes in the resin pieces) and some glue (for assembling the hair clips and pendants). It’s clear that a lot of thought went into the creation of this kit. Additionally, almost everything in this kit, other than the UV light and resin, can also be used with epoxy resin. This is a truly extraordinary, versatile and well put together kit. Everything has a flaw, of course, and this one’s is that if you’re truly new to resin you’ll need to go online to learn a bit more about making some of these pieces. There is very little in the way of instruction provided, it’s only for using the open bezels, and it’s nearly incomprehensible (someone translating instructions from Chinese, making the resulting instructions laughable but not useful.) But for the lack of beginner level instructions, I highly, highly recommended this kit.

I've been using all kinds of resin for about 10 years now. I prefer uv resin for my smaller projects especially jewelry making. I sell at craft shows and my earlier pieces that were done with A/B mix resin have mostly turned yellow. I have UV pieces from about 6 years ago and they have not turned yellow. So I mainly now stick with UV resin because of this. Keeps my jewelry looking new and my customers will sure be happy. This kit really has about everything i've purchased separately over the years. So if you are just starting out then this is the best kit you'll find. It's got glitter, mica powder, color pigment liquid, mixing containers, sticks to mix, tools, dried real flowers, pendant cabochons, keychains, necklaces, sequins, foil, fine glitter, uv mini lamp silicone molds and 4 bottles of UV resin. This resin was actually really good. I've used about every brand over my 10 years and this resin is my second favorite of all time. The resin cures extremely fast, glossy and super clear. I did have bubbles more than my number one fav resin but, with the usual lighter or hairdryer methods the bubbles disappear. This resin did seem to get a bit more hot when curing than my other brand but not a big problem. Just make sure you cure on a silicone mat on a wood cutting board or something to catch the heat. Do not cure on a good table etc.The price for this kit is great. My usual uv resin alone is this price. The mini uv lamp did a good job as well and has 3 timer choices. It works via USB plug. I really found this kit to be of very good quality with everything in it, all the pieces etc and especially the resin which is amazing. The only thing i'll mention lastly is that if you do big projects with the resin you'll go thru it fast. So many of the hair pin moulds need a lot of resin so these will use up more faster. But luckily, this company sells resin in many different sizes so not to worry. Plus its very reasonably priced.
