The phone was perfect for my elderly mother, it was easy to use. Our only issue was it didn’t have caller id or otherwise it would receive more stars.

Got this for my parents because they refuse to give up the landline. Works well easy to see the numbers. Wish it had a phone number memory list, but it doesn't. Nice item for elderly. Loud ringer makes it easy for them to hear.

The extra large buttons make this telephone one that my Dad can use in my rare absence. We had another wall-mounted phone that has large buttons, but not as large as the buttons on this phone. Also, the many bells and whistles of the prior telephone proved too distracting for my Dad to become comfortable using.The red button to activate the speaker makes it much easier for my Dad to initiate a call where he doesn’t have to fumble with the handset that is precarious in its placement on the phone. Also, the volume of both, the handset and the speaker can be adjusted to very good volume levels.This is a simpler telephone than many, but it allows cognitively impaired persons to focus on the task at hand and to not be distracted by buttons for functions that are irrelevant to them. This phone has an easy-to-use speaker and just three buttons for speed dial. It is much easier to remember that two buttons are speed dial to two family members and the third button is for Emergency Services.I am quite happy with this telephone.Blessings 😊

I do not need a phone at home... I am using this for work.. Troubleshooting land lines...But the functionality and use of this is awesome... Love the redial, easy storage of numbers and the speaker especially.No more fumbling for buttons and there are tab labels for the quick dial.

I am really happy with this phone for my mom who is 87 and losing her eyesight. She has a cordless phone, but it's difficult for her to see, and she often lets the battery die. This is a great solution for her now. She's beyond pacing with a cordless phone, so being "tethered" is just fine (and she can't misplace it!). My beef is that in the description and images that one can put pictures of 3 people to store in memory/speed dial. Well, those buttons are TINY. I can't imagine how one would even print such a tiny image. They are not the same size as the buttons. Not a deal-breaker but irritating.
