Here is the measured data: 27turns #30 wire wrap on green core H=5.3mm OD=10.41mm, ID=5.86mm . @100 Hz 2.203 mHy Q=5.11 ; @1Khz 2.208 mHy Q=15.39 ; @10khz 2.137 mhy Q=24.8 ; @100 khz 1.967 Q=23.1 . I can do RF but Amazon severely limits the length of comments; not enough room for RF or complex permeability data. These are HIGH permeability (>2000).

They worked great to choke 5mhz to 25mhz power lines carrier signal. I uses 22gauge wire and looped it around 10 times. Picture shows before and after

The material type is not specified. Beside coming in many sizes, toroids have a vast array of different metallic compositions and buying these for the purpose of using them in electronic circuits require knowing what the composition type is as it affects the frequency range of applicability. Sure, you can blindly throw them into some circuit and hope for the best but for anything requiring knowledge of their inductance and range of applicability is wasting their money. For Ferrite toroids, the types are designated by numbers: for example Types 43, 61, 31, etc. Iron core toroids have type numbers like 1, 2, 3, etc. These type vary widely in their performance in electronic circuits. They are NOT INTERCHANGABLE.
