How to replace?
1. Drilling out the broken handle from the old head
2. If the handle eye bigger than your hammer head, You should trim off a bit of wood on each side of the replacement handle shaft until it would tightly fit into your hammer head
3. Finally, you need to pound the handle into your old head, to make sure it tight fit your hammer

Didn’t come with wedge to secure handle. Had to order one. Only came six in package. What do I do with remaining five?

Poor quality wood, snapped off right below sledge hammer head on first use. find a better manufacturer for your replacement handle, don't buy this one.
