In my experience, these rods were, in fact, 304 stainless steel. They were solid, round rods for DIY crafts, and came with 10pcs. I used mine for RC aileron pushrods. They didn't come bent, they came in a cardboard box to prevent that, and the tolerances seemed good enough. They fit into a 1mm hole with a fair amount of persuasion.

This second purchase of 304 rods produced a sub par product. These are far less rigid and bend far more easily than my first purchase of the same rods. I tested these against the old and am quite upset at how useless these new stainless rods are.

Used for servo control rods, these were easy to cut to length, sand the ends smooth and sturdy enough to move the panels on my droid. Easy to bend if needed to work around tight edges.

This stuff is on the small size. And hard to bend. If you need to bend it you'll have to heat it red and let it cool. And for what Uxcell charges they could package it a little more professionally.
