One of the few thermostats with a living temp range 0-40 Celsius, I bought it to replace my faulty always on thermostat which read 0-10 to fit in my propane wall mount furnace on the side with capillary sensor at bottom. The temperature is very accurate, there is even a separate pole that it could be used for closed position when below the set temperature if you are looking for a fridge style thermostat. I have controlled heat and more accurate, very happy!

Update, August 2023: Still working good. There is a screw on the back that allows for calibration, I dont have to offset the scale any more after calibrating it.Original review from Jan 2023: Using this to prevent LiFePO4 batteries in my RV from charging in freezing conditions. My batteries have low temp protection but have no inernal heaters. It's great that this switch has both NO and NC contacts as I use one to charge the batteries, the other one I wired to stick on battery heaters. Have it set for 5 degrees C actual temp to trip so when the temp drops below it, current from the solar panels is switched from MPPT controller's input to battery heaters (mounted on a 1/4" aluminum plate attached to each side of the battery). I only ran it like this for a day so I cannot comment on reliability yet. It seems there is approx. 3 degrees C difference between tripping on and off which is good for my application so the contacts don't cycle continuously at the threshold. Couple of things to keep in mind: the scale is approximate only and mine was off by about 5 degrees C, calibrated it using ice water marking it on the scale and raising my scale readings by 5 degrees C to trip at 5C actual temp (but set at 10 degrees C on the scale). It switches back to a solar charger at around 8C. Second, there is no DC ratings, hopefully it's good for at least 16A at 24VDC. Just a bit worried about welding the contacts. Third, what does 16(2)A mean? I am hoping that it means both NO and NC contacts are good for 16A but I have not seen this way of marking before. Those are small issues and this product still gets a 5 star rating from me. If it fails, I will lower my rating.
