  • 25 Watt and 4 Ohm, 5% tolerance. Wire Wound Resistor owns high stability and accuracy. Moreover, it was used for various application because of the wide resistance range.
  • Aluminum Housed. An insulated cover on the wounded wires would suppress the heat, which promises the high performance of a resistor. Hence, the cooling job was achieved by aluminum case.
  • This 25W resistor formed with qualified copper, nickel, and aluminum. With the compact structure and heat dissipation design, a capability of overload has been built.
  • Board length 1.1 inches(28mm) with two 3.5mm mounting hole, and 2 terminals for a connection.
  • Reliable. Problems like the flush LED would have a perfect solution, or you can use it in any AC DC circuits, converter, inverter, motor speed control, drivers, etc.

Stopped that annoying backup alarm on Rav 4 hybrid. Wired it in place of the alarm.

Perfect for replacing external vehicle proximity notification speaker (VPNS) in 2021 Toyotas to prevent warning from constantly alerting. Corolla hybrid in particular. Only experienced due to connectors and mounting holes being in flexible. Worked great and was able to create custom mounting. Also good price.

Picked these up for load testing small amplifiers at 4 and 8 ohm loads. They measured spot on at 4 ohms out of the box. I have definitely exceeded the 25 watt rating for short periods of time with no issues, but I wouldn't recommend it for obvious reasons.

They work to increase the impedance of speakers quite well

I used these to bump up the impendence on some smaller car audio drivers (JBL GTO75T's (tweeters) and three sets of GTO20M's (two-inch midrange - yes, you read that right - "two-inch midrange") from their default 2Ω impedance, to obtain ~6.1Ω per driver. They were perfect for an amp rated stable at 8Ω. I used the larger 100W 4Ω resistors for the Fosgate mid-woofers and made sure to mount them either to the ABS or the metal doors - no factory plastics (just in case). I haven't felt them get even remotely warm, even when I have the system running at a higher volume for a length of time. The tweeters necessitated a custom bracket, which I was able to fashion from some scrap ABS utilizing a heat gun. It's not very pretty, but it was a perfect fit/solution.

It's a resistor what can you say other than it is doing it's job as intended. I upgraded my 1984 Onan 8.0kW MDKD GenSet to use a SX460 Regulator board from the old transformer regulator. The stater winding was 4 ohms too low for the new Regulator so I put this in series with it to up the resistance and it's been working great.
