Interesting use: you can RTV, epoxy, or JB weld these into the caps of gas containers to keep pressure from distorting the container. This application works especially well on ROTOPAX gas containers.

Used these for bleeding brake lines. Insert into a PVC tubing, keep fluid reservoir filled, and pump brakes until all the air is out. Normally requires 2 people, one to pump brakes, one to open and close the brake bleeder. This makes it easy for a 1-person operation. Fluid and air go out, and no air goes backwards into the brake caliper/cylinder.It works, and it's cheap.

These work great. I use these check valve instead of air locks for fermenting foods. No air enters but pressure resulting from the natural fermentation process releases thru the valves.I had a slight problem with one of the check valves and contacted the seller. 'GO Carol' responded within 23 hours with a perfectly satisfactory solution - excellent service.
