Came in size with acceptable tolerance but there are noticeable defects or scratches. Good if this is for mechanical use but not pictures or show.

all kinds of deep gouges in the finish , then an unskilled worker fill it in with nail polish or crazy glue./I work in manufacturing , and can tell quite clearly these are from the defect bin./ This is amongst the worst, but they have a monopoly on 25mm carbon tube right now , so sadly i need to buy more.
