They have an easy grip head that allows for simple by hand installation, just like conventional thumb screws. The large thumb screw has an extra large head with a straight knurled surface for additional grip for manual adjustment.

I know it's an odd use, but Chamberlain made the stupid design flaw of using a rechargeable battery in their video keypad that has to be removed to charge. Then they decided to use a tiny Philips screw to lock it in. I replaced the screw with this so that I wouldn't have to scrounge for a 00 Phillips to remove it.If that means someone can steal it, well, at least that stupid battery is their problem then.

Very usefull for mini itx side panels. K39 v2 case to be exact. Use it to quickly remove side panels as well as custom made acrylic side panels. 8mm long so it can account for some washers to be inserted in between side panels and case.

I had my computer repaired and they lost the screws to attach the screen back to the side. this product worked to my surprise I was able to attach the side panel glass back to the compute using these screws

These did fit my case just right. I had replaced the broken tempered glass panel with a thicker tempered glass panel ordered from a local shop. Their glass vendor could not make the original thickness but could do 1/4 inch tempered glass. Add in the thickness of rubber washers and Bob's your uncle!

Lost one of the 4 fancy case screws from my new Systemo76 Thelio. Being somewhat obsessive-compulsive, I wanted all 4 to match. These were the closest I found. Really wanted m3x10, but these 8 mm were just long enough.

Since I’ve been experimenting with a lot of different preamp tubes, I got tired dealing with the ten tiny screws holding the TT case together. Some of the stock screw heads were stripping as well. So these fit in perfectly and are even easier to get started in the holes and look cool! I can remove the cover now in about a minute. Neat.
