Reset Temperature
Normally Closed: When the temperature falls to the reset temperature, the thermostat contact can be connected again. (If the reset temperature is not reached, the thermostat contact is also disconnected)

Please Note :
- During installation, the temperature switch should be completely close to the mounting surface of the tested appliance.
- Do not collapse or deform the plastic / metal shell during installation.
- For metal temperature controller, when using, do not remove the insulating sleeve to avoid electric leakage.Not suitable for working in water.
- Not suitable for air temperature sensing, only applies to contact sensing.

So, if you don't already, you should be testing products like this when you receive them. I've been burned too many times to not test anymore. These particular sensors are rated at 90c and they don't list an off number, which is something that I absolutely needed. These turned on in the water heating test at 92c on the first and 88c for the second. Definitely close. But unfortunately the turn off temp was very far off the "norm". They both turned off 25c lower than the turn on temp. "usually" these sensors turn off about 10-15c lower than the turn on temp. I have to return these because of that.
