Two of these burned out on a power supply for my ophthalmology microscope. A repair shop quoted me $350. to fix it. For $4.24 I fixed it. It works perfectly.

現在は同じ品種の日本製を使っていますが経年のため交換すべく購入してみました。一見してこれで大丈夫かと思うほどの造りで交換はやめました。価格は約数倍しましたが安心の日本製を別途ルートで入手し交換しました。大陸製は品質が悪く大事な部位には安心して使えません。

公表値より常温で-3Ωほど抵抗値が低かったですが、ロットが同じだったのか抵抗値のばらつきは１％以下でした。やや計算より抵抗値が低かったため、直列にして使っています。

I replaced the one that burned to a crisp in my 24v switched-mode power supply, which I also bought on Amazon. I was totally unable to read any of the letters on the burned one as it had crumbled to burnt-dust. So I went with this one on the fact that it was about the same size as the old one, and that the leads have the same bendy-curves in them. After testing it, this one works good in place of the old one.
