The quality control on these is not good. The precision was subpar for my application so I will be returning. Many washers had burrs on the inner diameter, excess material on the outer diameter and nearly all had surface defects. These might not matter for your use but you should note that going in.

I actually used these for part of the metal valve stems on a set of mag wheels. I measured the existing (somewhat distorted) washers and came up with these exact dimensions. They fit perfectly. Now I just need about another 46 wheels to use them on!

I ordered 4mm rubber flat washers. These are 4mm outside diameter.In case you are me, and you time travel into the past, to try to relive your stupid mistakes better, stop. These are 4mm outside. You want 4mm Inside Diameter.Neither positive nor negative in rating, as this was a total waste of my money. Exactly half way because I have no comment except you're a dumb dumb.

Although the ones I got were slightly larger than what I had planned but they still turned out pretty good at sealing. I am getting the smaller sizes now.
