I had bought a landmine attachment for my bench and this handle allows me to change grips on the barbell when doing upright row exercises. Great addition to your workout gear.

Padding on the handles is nice for extra grip great for the barbell rows , handle on any cable machine works well just obviously handle isn’t in fixed position so open and closes but you get the hang of it quick.

Heavy and does NOT fit on any bar in 2 different gyms! I tried 5 different size bars and it didn't work on any of them. Also it was awkward to work with on fully machine.Now to attempt to get a refund and return it.
