I was expecting the typical plastic product that would give decent results for a few months but I have to say this things pretty nice. Its metal, feels sturdy, and picks up there never ending supply of crumbs from my toddler.

I ordered this product originally directly from the Aerovac company in the middle of November and never got it until January despite repeated efforts to contact the company several times to either cancel the order or even find out when it was going to ship. By the time I got it, since it was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and it came too late, I wanted to return it. I had to spend $30 of my own money to return it. It’s been in their hands for two weeks and I have yet to hear anything other than, “We are working on reviewing your return”. It’s a SCAM. I never opened the package! I doubt I’ll ever get my money back. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!

Aside from the fact that this took over a month to be delivered, when it finally got here it was a horrible product. The suction was weak and hardly even worked. Its been impossible to get a hold of anyone helpful. Horrible customer service. Don't order or support this company. Got my money back by filing a dispute since they didn't do it even after I sent it back. Id give it zero stars if that was an option.

This thing doesn’t have the suction it advertises and the battery doesn’t last long. Horrible product for the cost. Other vacuums are cheaper and better.
