Paid to install by there recommend installer. He didn’t connect the kill switch. Frost trip out was disconnected. Default settings is to not notify you that it has been disconnected, so I thought it was just sitting on the side of the road!

Got it for its functionality. Did not expect a 600 bill for installation on recommended installer in Florida. Support from manufacturer was not ideal on this topic.

After 2 days of using a lockbox, I went straight to Moovetrax. No needing to keep changing lockbox codes.As a Turo Host himself, the developer gets it. Customer service is A+.Having remote access in my older cars is a game changer.Unless you installed it, you'll never know it's in there.

I have installed almost 40 units on our rental fleet, this product has helped us scale up exponentially in a years time. The renters can pick up the vehicle after hours when our shop is closed , and we have bi-directional control of the needed functions for the rental vehicles . Support is quick and efficient when needed
