Fit perfectly. The only pain is that is doesn't come with the electrical connectors needed to install it so I had to go to the hardware store and buy packages of the two different connectors needed. The motor was shipped by Scrubber City - they are fantastic. I ordered it on 7/9/18 from their Illinois location and it was delivered to me in Minnesota the next day.

Purchased this item less than five months ago. Triple stage fan disintegrated. Tried to contact company, no response. Never in 28 years has a vacuum motor done this from any other company.

This motor was an exact fit for the original. As others had reported it is slightly quieter as well. I was able to perform the installation myself and probably saved a bundle. It's been installed for several months and is used 1-2 x a week, at least once throughout the house. I would buy this again. The only potential drawback is the chrome exhaust extention I had to use my original and drill a new pilot hole for the retaining screw. Keep all parts from your previous motor until the new one is installed! You won't be disappointed.

The old motor in our central vac finally kicked the bucket after 20-some-odd years and this was the exact product (albeit shinier and newer) and it fit perfectly in with no issues and the vaccuum is working great!
