Vacuum Pump 50 L/Min with Switch

Merchant Video

Oil free vacuum pumps do not require the use of lubricating oil or lubricants, so there is no need for regular oil replacement or lubrication maintenance. This reduces the complexity and cost of maintenance work, and saves time and human resources

pump

Before installing the quick coupler and gauge, wrap 1-2 turns of packing tape around the threaded connections to prevent air leakage

pump

Suitable for vacuum clamping for woodworking, provides plenty of vacuum suction to hold woodworking projects, great choice for buchner funnels and roto-evaporators, recommend for small CNC routers

  • This oil-free vacuum pump has a mechanism in place to avoid overloads. A machine that works continuously for a long time could automatically switch off due to a high internal temperature. Before restarting the motor, allow it to cool for 15 minutes.

  • 1: the machine is not positioned correctly. Solution: Firmly cushion the machine's four legs;

    2: The crank's fixing screw is unsecured. Solution: Tighten the crank's screw.

  • 1: There is an air leak at the machine's air circuit connection. Solution: Tighten the air circuit's connecting pipes.

    2: Excessive wear on the piston ring or cylinder. Solution: Replacement of the ring or cylinder on the piston.

  • When installing the vacuum gauge and quick-adaptor, the complimentary raw material tape should be wrapped around it before installing it in order to provide a complete sealing effect so that the pressure can reach -85kpa.

There was so much included in this kit. I really appreciate all the extra parts, the Gage is very easy to read and not ambiguous at all. The pump itself doesn't make a whole lot of noise and so I don't have any issues running it in my garage while doing work on parts, I found it really easy to hook up to and doesn't seem to generate a lot of heat. Overall it has very strong build to it seems durable and I don't expect this thing to blow out Anytime soon, does exactly as I expected to and I'm happy with that.

I hadn't had a chance to use this from the time that I got it but I finally got to use it just doing some experiments at home and it worked fine I had no trouble doing my little experiment. At first I had trouble hooking it up and getting it to work but once I figured everything out read the manual it worked great. The machine is definitely built with the little quality and doesn't make that much noise I mean there's noise but it's not irritating are super loud

I got this for our workshop as we're planning on getting into resin work. From the small tests we ran, this works great. I used a chamber I bought off Amazon, the vacuum pump is a bit loud, but only as it reaches max negative pressure.

This is a quite little pump - smaller than I would have guessed - It's very light weight and portable. There is some assembly required - adding the muffler to the output side and a hose fitting to the inlet - then adding the pressure gauge to the last port.Several sizes of hose fitting are included as well as a roll of teflon tape for sealing the threads - assembly took about five minutes. The pump noise is quite low - surprisingly low to me - the muffler works well to deaden the air flow out of the pump and once a hose is connected to something on the inlet, that side quiets down nicely.Motor is running smoothly and very little vibration - it stayed where set.The power cable is fairly short and is spliced to the motor wiring - its safe but not very protected - there's no significant strain relief and it could be damaged - or pull on the wires inside the motor - so I added a cable tie to hold it to the motor along the bolt at the bottom. The in line switch works fine and is convenient. There is a small "don't touch" sticker on the side of the motor - the motor and pump heads do get hot with use - too hot to touch comfortably - Which does mean that the pump needs to cool off before being picked up or moved (no protected handle) but it takes a while to heat up and cools down reasonably quickly - hasn't been a big issue.Oilless design means that the pump can be stored in any position and won't leak oil or have the oil contaminated by use.Overall, I think this is a nice little pump - maybe short on features but effective and quiet - for small jobs and intermittent use, its a nice option -

This is an open frame vacuum pump that feels a bit sketchy, with a capacitor zip-tied to the outside, and the lead wiring lacking any strain relief and lacking a proper vinyl or sjo cover over the leads from the unit to the AC supply store, being covered with a single layer of shrink to fit tubing. The pump does work, but came with a single page printed sheet of instructions with no images. I had to look at the listing photos to see what was supposed to attach where. The vacuum gauge is damaged beyond use and I've had to buy a replacement. The quick connect fittings are clever and work with stiff plastic tubing - I've not seen them before but they are easier to use than barbed fittings. It's noisy, but not ear damage noise levels. The muffler makes a slight difference.

This is a great value for a complete pump with a variety of quick-connect adapters. I initially received a buggy unit, but the seller sent a working replacement in days. Satisfied and grateful!

Product arrived fast and as described. I had no trouble setting it up for use. The vacuum is quieter than expected. Seems like it was made with quality materials because I have used this a few times and it is still running great. Good value for the money. I have tried a couple other oil-less diaphragm pumps off of amazon, including the expensive ones.. I think this beats those.
