No contact info or even the name of the manufacturer for this item. I dearched the name Wisscool and got no hits at all. Only hiys are for sellers of this product. As stated in many other reviews on here, there is oil all over the pump when you open it up. This means there is already a leak in the seals before you even start to use it. Plus, there is now oil on the motor coils which can cause a short or even start a fire. Some people stated they cleaned it up and used it without an issue, but they have only had it for a couple months. I gave 2 stars because of this inability to reach CS.

This a/c vacuum pump is great for working on car a/c systems and creating a vacuum. This unit is easy to use and maintain. A good value.

This is a fully functional vacuum pump. It's just a single stage, so it takes a little longer to get to a proper vacuum, but it will get there, and it works fine. I've been doing hvac for over 20 years, and I think this has a valuable place on my truck. It's perfect for mini split systems where there are not a lot of large coils and not a lot of copper tubing. This is also nice for those who repair refrigerators and other similar things because it's light and easier to carry into smaller spaces. The only issue I had with this is that there must have been vacuum pump oil already in my unit and it was spilled all over the pump so I had to clean all of that up but it does come with a bottle of oil as well. This is also nice to have as a backup pump in case your main one breaks down, something is better than nothing. All in all, I'm happy with it, and I find it to be a good value for what you get.

This little guy did a good job on our mini-split install. As one other reviewer said it's small and it takes a little while to get the job done, but it does it. Only four stars on this one since it came boxed up leaking and low on oil. The added oil didn't bring it to full so we need to purchase more to bring it up to spec. I still do recommend this one.
