So this little decoration is cute and is nice and shiny. The stand works well enough, though it's a little awkward having the screw sticking out the back of the instrument. Of course, the stand is where the criticism begins. Trombones are put on stands with the bell and slide down, so to anyone who plays, the instrument looks "upside down" on the stand provided. The representation of the instrument's F-attachment is also unrealistic. The pipes come out of the valve at incorrect and are not the right size. These are easily overlooked by a casual observer but stick out like a sore thumb to anyone who actually plays.

This miniature trombone is pretty neat! It has nice features and a focus on detail right down to the realistic carrying case. You can display it in the case or use the supplied stand to feature it in an upright position. I was happy to see that the stand actually screws on so it’s less likely to fall over. I like miniatures, especially those with a musical theme and this one will find a spot on my display shelf.
