This mallet is nice for striking and playing crystal bowls. I do wish it had some sort of grippy texture, though, because the crystal handle is a bit slippery - so there's a need to be extra mindful while using it so it doesn't slip from your hand.

I bought this for my Crystal Singing Bowls, It is way to thin, it's like a pencil width. I need a thicker mallot.
