this is simple, easy with any proverbial flies in the ointment. You place the sleeve over the stick, use your or your companions hair drier,( make sure it's not in use,you don't want to be single). hit the stick as you keep it in place and in minutes you have a perfect grip. It comes in multi colors, adds no additional weight, adds increased comfort.They are sturdy with no slippage. These will not shrink properly using a hair dryer. A heat gun works best.
