This is offered as a replacement to work with all ValvoMax-branded valves. Note: each ValvoMax Quick Twist Valve already comes with a drain tube! Couldn't use it, too big for what was on the 98 blazer I just bought. Did see any other sizes . Don't know what brand has been installed on my 98 Blazer

This adapter works well, though I recommend being careful to not strip the threads while twisting it on. I had to check alignment a few times to insure I was on the thread. Worked like a champ. Now I change my oil in a few minutes with absolutely no mess.

I like the fact that no drain plug to take out every time and chance of stripping the thread s it’s very well built durable. Now if i would just quit hanging it over the trash can and throwing it away by accident lol yep twice now I believe I’ve learned not to. It’s a awesome product I would recommend it to anyone

When buying this item make sure you are not buying this for an Acura MDX because the exhaust pipe is directly beside and the sme Mechanic shop that I asked to install this refused to install it. Then advised that the reason is when the exhaust gets hot it heats up this part to the point that the rubber o ring melts and then you get oil leaking all the time from this part . And customers tried to sue them and failed because the customer wanted the part and even tried to say the part was not installed properly when I. Fact the rubber melted from the exhaust pipes extreme temperatures so I would say a very poorly designed part for a poorly designed location
