These are nothing like the originals. The slow flow is super fast and inaccurate, waste of money.

Bought these because we had purchased some of the 8oz como tomo bottles for our son and the medium flow nipple on them was too fast for him at 3 months old. The slow flow variant of these seem to flow almost identical to the como tomo medium flow and make a mess because they’re too fast. Maybe they sent me the wrong ones - don’t know but it was a waste of money. If you’re just looking for replacement medium flows - order the slow flow of these I guess. If you’re looking for the slow flow like me, don’t waste your time and money - just buy the OEM and move on
