The reviews almost scared me away. Glad I wasn't swayed!! Got it on a flash sale that was just too hard to pass! Simple to put together. Sturdy. Shoes fit easily into slots. Allowed me to organize all the shoes I think I need but never wear! 😊 Opened up some valuable real estate on my shelves!*one snag was at the end when I added the back face. Very important to align properly. There are no preset holes.Other wise SCORE!

This was a mistake for me. I've assembled DIY furniture for almost 40 yrs so not a rookie. Prob 1, delayed delivery. Prob 2, wrong color, but after waiting almost 2 extra weeks, I didnt bother to complain. Until now, because Prob 3: This was the most hellish project I've ever tried to tackle!!! All the instructions are pictures only, not very detailed or complete...and at least three steps or more should NOT be in the order they are in the booklet! And forget it once you get to those slotted cubbies. AWFUL! Worst of all? Those little sections do NOT hold a full-sized (ladies size 7) pair of shoes as shown in the ad. Buy something, ANYthing else!!!

Im using this to store small items for my business. Its great to keep everything organized.Very sturdy, high quality. Took a bit to build but the instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

Please save yourself the trouble and buy something else. The instructions are incomplete, several of the "locking" fasteners would not engage/lock, the unit itself is very flimsy, the size of the compartments will not hold a pair of men's sized shoes. At least 1/3 of my unit was assembled with Milwaukee Finish Nailer to due to improper fit of fasteners. I am in a remote location and the item is assembled thus returning would only add to the frustration. Amazon will get a call and I think I will burn this one.

I built two of these for a closet remodel and found assembly to be straightforward enough. The instructions are clear (be sure to pay special attention to the "zoom" sections of the instructions to avoid mistakes) and both units were well packed with no missing parts. All components were perfectly labeled. Assembly takes about two hours and is much easier with a second set of hands, particularly at the end of the process. Everything is included, so it is possible to assemble these without owning a single tool, which is nice, but the use of a power screwdriver speeds up the process *a lot*. Note that if you have larger feet or like a chunkier shoe, some of the cubbies are a bit cramped per pair (some of my platform shoes, for instance, only have space for one shoe per cubby). Also, the shelves are no longer adjustable after the unit is completely assembled, so be sure to plan for boots, etc. before completing this step.On the whole, this is not the world's sturdiest piece of furniture, but it fits my needs and is a good value for the price.

This unit didn't last even long enough to stand up. It has materials that are much weaker than typical ikea and other flat-pak brands. The materials were cracking and breaking during assembly (Yes I have assembled furniture hundreds of times before and know what reasonable tension is) I do not recommend anyone buy this because it is not designed to last. It is disappointing in quality and design.

I needed a shoe rack, yes i did the floor models too short and looks sloppy. I put it in my walk in closet. it took me some time to put together, they only had pictures for direction. had to redo a couple of things because it didn't make sense, i have patience. I got it together, I found shoes i forgot about, so now i see all my options. love it. clean and conveniently stacked. looks really nice. I am very happy with this product.

I found this rack to be of good quality and sturdy for the price. I also like that the cubby holes provide adequate space for larger shoes (running shoes and hiking shoes). I’m happy with this purchase for sure.

First of all, we're pretty handy and assemble a lot of things, build sheds, install wood floors, put up awnings, swings, everything around here. So, this wasn't going to be a challenge. Until we opened the box. What a misery and mystery. We just wanted something simple to tidy up a closet for our son. Assembly is a nightmare, because flimsy pieces don't line up and fall apart as you add other pieces. Cheap, shoddy materials. Screwing on one of the cam lock nuts, the metal actually broke. I'm not that strong. Carrying it into place, the bottom fell apart, which was a neat trick after building the whole thing. Total junk. Spare yourself. We have one we purchased on Amazon before and it's sturdy with good instructions, went together in a snap. Should have bought that product again, but this size seemed like it would help more. Were we ever wrong. Total waste of time and money. Cannot believe how much they charged for this. Total waste of our time and money.
