Material isn't the best quality, but that is not usually why you purchase a Halloween costume. I am 5'4, and this costume fits me well. Warm for a fall costume, and baggy enough that you could fit a coat or warmer clothes if the weather is colder. Zipper in the front makes it easy to take on and off. I'm a big fan of the peacock outfit, and it was a big hit with my friends. Overall I am happy with the price that I paid, and I should be able to use this costume for multiple years.
