This is not a hotplate, its really an amazing 2 burner stovetop that can be built into a counter or portable on top of the counter. It has a slick glass top and looks cool. It comes with instructions and insulating tape for the permanent installation and the cooktop is enclosed in a case with feet for use on a table top.There is a 120v cord with ground plug for easy use.The controls are easy to use and there is a child lock so little hands cant turn it on by accident.I recommend this cooktop

This electric cooktop is great for emergencies and it has 2 ranges, doesn't take up a lot of space either. It obviously doesn't get as hot as a regular stove or heat up as quickly, but it does the job. It has 9 power levels and is touch control with 20 temperature settings that range from 80 degrees Celsius to 650 degress Celsius. It also has a child safety lock and overheating protection which is always great to have more safety features. There's also a timer for anywhere between 1 minute and 2 hours, which is usually more than enough or you can use your phone as a timer too. This is also useful for potlucks and things like that if you need it for certain events or occasions that requires things to be a little more portable. I don't thnk this will be used very often as of course almost all of us I'd assume has a stove. But it does come in handy for emergencies and or other events.

this item does not work i buy it and delayed to open the and it does not work. it takes hours and hours to cook a rice ,even water does not get hot to make a coffee .can i return it without box, i buy another to see if it works but no one work.

Ordered thinking this would be great to have during a power outage, to cook small things like hot dogs etc ... tested with a small pot with enough water to cover hotdogs the water didn't even boil even after 15 minutes

I've been using the VBGK Electric Cooktop for a few weeks now, and overall, it has been a positive addition to my kitchen. The 9 heating levels provide precise temperature control, which is excellent for various cooking needs, from simmering to boiling. I also appreciate the built-in timer, which helps prevent overcooking, and the kid safety lock, which adds an extra layer of security.One minor downside is that the surface can be a bit challenging to keep spotless, as smudges and spills are quite visible. However, this is a small price to pay for the overall functionality and convenience the cooktop offers.The plug-in feature is particularly handy, making it straightforward to set up without the need for professional installation. While it's a bit more expensive than some other models, the performance and features justify the cost. This induction stove top is amazing!! At home I have an induction stove top that requires very particular pots and pans and recently I have had an issue with it where you can’t use all four stove tops at once because one won’t heat as high. This was the solution to that problem. This stove top is amazing it is compatible with any pot or pan. It heats up quickly and needs some time to cool down. I keep it right beside the stove on days when there are more than one cook in the kitchen. It makes things super convenient and sometimes beats my other stove top. It goes up to a heating level of 9 or P which is the power setting to make your food ready at a powerful speed.It’s a great size and it’s easy to travel with! It requires one generic outlet and it’s great for picnics or for cooking in other areas of your house or a backyard bbq. The voltage is pretty high but it’s worth it. It’s quick and you can unplug it as soon as your food is hot and ready!

This electric cooktop is a complete letdown. Its heating elements are wildly inconsistent, making cooking a frustrating guessing game. Not to mention the quality, with a surface that scratches easily and cheap, films knobs - look elsewhere for a reliable cooktop.

This wire cooling rack is too small for a dozen cookies. It works as expected, my baked goods are kept above the counter so they cool quickly. Instead, I’m going to use the rack in my roasting pan to keep a turkey off the bottom of the pan.
