Everytime I try to sit in this chair the back rest will come forward and lock in a forward position as I’m getting into the chair. The only way for me to sit in this chair comfortably is to get back up, lower the foot rest into the lowest position and then recline the back rest again and then very carefully try to get into the chair without triggering whatever the locking mechanism in the backrest is.. If I can manage to do this - then I can’t get the foot rest back up without having to lean forward (and risk having the back rest fold on me again) or have somebody else raise the foot rest for me to have it locked back into position.I would love to believe that this issue is just due to a faulty mechanism is just my product - however with some of the prior reviews for the product I doubt it.In addition to all that while assembling the damn thing metal shavings dumped out of the arm parts covering my wide gap wooden floor in metal particles that inevitably will go between the cracks.All in all I am very upset and disappointed with the chair. I do not recommend buying it and I am highly likely to return.

If you’re looking of a perfect blend of relaxation and style, this chair is for you. It has good back support and gentle rocking motion is both soothing and therapeutic. You can adjust the height of leg and back support. Chair material is strong and easy to assemble. It’s an investment in relaxation that is very worth it.
