This is perfect. My 9 year old is using it to dress up as Hellen Keller for school and matched with a high waist long skirt it fits the time period perfectly! This is short so depending on what it’s paired with you may need a tank top underneath.

This is so cute I wish I could wear it instead of my daughter. Be aware though that the crop is super high on it, like it's practically cropped like a sports bra. So if you're okay with your daughter exposing that much belly, this thing is so cute. The sleeves are super puffed and for the theme it's so good. The tie is basically just black ribbon, nothing special about it but at least we don't need to do it on our own. I'm probably going to make something nicer to replace it, but it works for now. It's basically just the kind of knot you tie for shoestrings, but the look is really cute. I'm just jealous of my kid now, rip.
