This 46.8V (53.5V Max to Fully Charge a 46.8V Battery) charger uses a 3-pin connector and has been optimized for use with 46.8V Lithium-ion batteries.
Please note that this charger is NOT compatible with 36V/ 52V/60V version electric scooters
As electric equipments are predominantly used outdoors, many times the delicate electronics of these types charger cannot withstand a drop on concrete or asphalt.

Note A: Lithium-ion batteries should always be charged with a Lithium-compatible battery charger such as this one for KQi Electric Scooter. Trying to charge Lithium batteries with a standard charger made for Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) batteries may damage the charger, the batteries, or both.

It was not an OEM charger like the one that came with the scooter it was a fourth of the size so I'm going to return it

I loved the fact they were lighter right off the bat. I've used them a couple times before writing this to give an honest review. They charge much faster than the original charger the scooters came with. The battery pack doesn't get hot while charging so they can be left plugged in while you're gone without worry. Over all great purchase and will make again if my dogs get to these ones too.
