I cannot attest to how easy it was to install, I got a handyman to do that for me. Upon my inspection after installation, when you try to tighten the nut on one rod, it doesn't tighten enough to make the rod not move. With the weight of the fabric, it doesn't want to stay in position.

These work well for my bay windows -- I just needed them for the two smaller side windows as I installed cellular shades for the large center window. It looks great and I love being able to swing them open/close or using a curtain tie.That being said, when I received it, I was disappointed that I didn't receive the twenty-FIVE inch that I ordered but the 24". I had read reviews about the 24" not being long enough so I was happy to see a 25" rod available. I had already opened the package (not looking closely) so gave it a try. It just barely fit and it did "sag" but I screwed in the tiny screw to secure the two pieces and it was ok. Be sure not to lose these tiny screws, they made a world of difference. All in all, I am happy with the curtain rods, but the extra inch would make a big difference in keep the rod straighter.

These rods are so attractive and function exactly like I thought they would. So much nicer than the rods that I have used in the past, the white ones with the brass ends. They are about all you can find in stores and I was delighted when I found these on Amazon. I think I will order more for another room where I have french doors.

These are quality made. The length is very easy to adjust and the little screw that holds it place was simple to use. The finish is very nice. Hanging them was easy. It only took me 10 minutes start to finish.

So easy to install.I installed on on each window, instead of top and bottom. I like the long drapes to flow at the bottom.They swing open and closed just like in the pictures. The color and quality are great.I didn't know that swing rods existed till I happened upon them on accident on Amazon. I totally love them.
