As a renter of a 3-bedroom home with old vertical blinds on every freaking window, these have been a lifesaver. They're made of durable hard plastic, and are simple to apply. You just peel off the clear plastic, stick it firmly on either side of the broken blind so that the holes line up, and it pops right back up into place. Viola, no need to buy all new blinds, making them an excellent low cost fix. It's also got a nice strong adhesive and they line up nicely with the holes in the blinds.
