There is nothing to hold the handles in place in the roll, so they keep falling out and breaking. It looks as though there should be some sort of a rod or dowel that passes through the roll and connects the handles together, but there was no mention made of it and it certainly was not included.

Junk, here's why.Firstly, I noticed that the inserts did not fit snugly into the tube of the wrap. In fact, so loosely that it would fall out under it's own weight. One would think that it should just be returned at this point, but I'm a working man, don't have time to wait for something different. So I thought some tape wrapped around the *undersized horns would do the trick. My friends, it did not do the trick and the dispenser fell out once I took my hand off it. With a fall from a whopping 18" to the concrete floor, the brittle plastic tension thumb tab *broke off. My suggestion, do not buy.*See Picture

Sturdy. The yellow portion fits into the tube very snugly and the blue portion is the "handle" that you hold on to. The yellow rotates around the blue and allows the film to be easily stretched without you having to manually unroll the wrap. Great for bundling sets of dishes to keep them from bouncing against each other and for wrapping around dressers and cabinets with doors that might swing open during a move. Comes in a plastic bag and arrived as part of a larger shipment containing other products.

These are great in concept, however they didn't even fit inside the plastic rolls to make them work. So there useless to purchase. If you can find another roller system better please do so and also let me know what works for you so I can buy them also.

I bought these for our recent move, and while they are better then nothing, they aren't perfect. I am not sure if my stretch wrap is too 'clingy', or if these these just don't work well, but they didn't let the roll move smoothly. Seems to be a lot of friction/binding, it got to be aggravating sometimes. A little more tweaking of the product and it could be great, but for now, I wish I would have had a stick with two plates on the end or something.

Worked great with the shrink wrap rolls we purchased.. No problems. If we move again we will use again...Hopefully we don't have to move any time soon.

I purchased these hand tools with 4 rolls of stretch wrap for my move from apartment to my new home. Although the stretch wrap worked splendidly for moving and protecting my valuables, the hand tools did not really help much. As some have stated before, these tend to work there way out of the cardboard rolls and fall out. It is not so much the handles themselves, but the cardboard gets bent out of shape and will never hold the pieces in from there on out. Good product, bad design and implementation. Would be much better if there was rod of some sort that traveled through the tube and held the two pieces into the roll like the expensive ones do. Another advantage of using the full size $50.00 rollers is you can get stretch wrap down low easier than with these. Using these handles, you have to break your back to get the wrap along the bottom of furniture and other items. I would not really recommend these, although they weren't completely useless. If you are going to use stretch wrap once or twice, you might be able to struggle through using these. If you use it more frequently, such as two occassions a year, then I would recommend spending the extra money and get the industrial strength metal hand tools for the stretch wrap.

These wrap dispensers really save your hands/gloves when using shrink wrap on pallets. I have a chip out of one of the handles from it dropping in the trailer but is still usable. I always get people asking where I got them. lol
