Good heat out put out door patio with some quirks. Much like a table fire place it take time getting used to igniting as the igniter needs to be pressed at a certain spot. The build quality is good, it held up so far in the snow and I was able to light it up easily. The installation was straight forward and for the price works for my needs.

What a lifesaver this heater has been during Florida's recent snowfall (yes it did snow!). We were caught off guard by the chilly weather, but this patio heater made our outdoor space completely comfortable, even during those surprisingly cold nights. The setup was fair simple taking just a little time to get everything in place. Just turn it on and you can feel the warmth almost immediately. We've been able to continue enjoying our evening outdoor time without having to bundle up or head inside. The heat output is impressive, and I love how easy it is to adjust the temperature to just the right level. For anyone dealing with Florida's unpredictable winter weather or need a good outdoor heater, this is definitely worth the investment.

Placed order and had some shipping issues so ended up ordering twice. The heater works well, and the assembly is pretty straight forward. Only drawback is the reflector is covered in a blue film which needs to be completely removed so it doesn't burn.

Firstly, this fire pit is made with grade A stainless steel which is anti rust and great for outdoor use. Second, the burner produces high heat which takes less than 2 seconds to turn on. Third, the base covers a propane cylinder very well and it has a fantastic safety feature, so you don't have to worry about dropping it because shuts down gas immediately. I blieve it's worth the price for such a quality qnd look.

I’m disappointed with this patio heater. The flame starts as expected when I press the black ignition button, but as soon as I release it, the flame dies. It’s frustrating because it means I can’t leave the heater running on its own.I’ve tried troubleshooting and ensuring everything is properly connected, but the issue persists. For a product meant to provide convenience and comfort, this has been nothing but a hassle.If this is a common problem, I would expect a solution or better guidance in the manual. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this product until this issue is addressed.
