The machine is very accurate in cutting and the features are superb. The red line guides you before cutting and results in accurate cutting. It's a better way of cutting than handle-cutting. The quality and price are very reasonable.

This is a powerful little cutting machine! I’m used to using a big, professional Challenge cutter, and the results are comparable. Very happy with the cuts. It arrived in a study crate, and it will take a couple of people to safely carry. Easy to use with some minor assembly. Spare blade included, so you can send one out for sharpening while using the other.Like any machine, it may need to be adjusted a little. Like some others have experienced, the back stop bar wasn’t square and cuts had an angle of just over 1°. That can make a big difference when you need accuracy. The solution (see photos) is to remove the two screws on the back of the machine, lift the back plate off, loosen the black hex screws on the underside, and adjust the angle of the side bars. There is plenty of wiggle room in the hex screws to play around with. I won’t take off stars for this, because I’ve never known any machine to function perfectly out of the box.Overall, very happy with this purchase.

This is a good machine, but it is very difficult to find it's blade. I searched the internet, asked Vevor's customer service where I can purchase the a blade, but even they don't know who sells it. I would return the machine if I can.

If it works right out of the box and you don't need support you may be ok. Blade won't go down, so for me this is a maybe not. No one wants to read the novel it would take to explain my opinion of VEVOR support and, OMG, the manual. WOW, never thought it was possible to purchase a product with the manual that was provided. How does a company send this manual they actually had printed out the door.

Especially for the price, the machine is junk. Nothing lines up, it's not square as it should be. The laser light would help, if it worked. Vevor service is even worse. Can't contact them direct because i bought the item on Amazon??? I have to go through Amazon and they contact vevor? How does that make any sense. It's Vevor's machine. Either they know how to fix it or they don't. Apparently they don't. Their solution was "just hit it with a hammer"???? (Twice!!) Wow. Nope we'll be returning this one and looking for something that actually works & is worth the money. And has service that can actually fix their product if i need support.

Note to buyer: Vevor will not supply any parts and I have been unable to find them on the internet. If someone can find a compatible knife I would appreciate it.As to the quality of the product, it's satisfactory given the price. First of all, the outer casing of the product came broken from the cargo. But there is no physical problem. The side panel of the product was not fixed to the body. I have other friends of the same product, theirs is fixed. The product protects itself for some reason, it does not cut. For product technical support, I sent two messages about the problem, I called once but I could not reach the seller company. I think that the product has a small problem, the problem here is that the supplier company sells the product and is insufficient in support. If they do not return me about the product, I will return the product.
