We got this to use at my sons birthday, halloween and christmas parties where we invite his whole class and outside school friends. So that's like 30 kids plus parents and siblings for the next at least 11 years. I love the ideas of hot dogs, because you can get gluten free, vegan, halal, kosher, etc... So I thought the initial investment into this would serve us well over the years, and i'm still please with my purchase. Although I will say I had no proper clue how large and heavy this thing was going to be and was honestly shocked when it came. I'm not even sure if it will fit through the doors we have into our basement storage area once its assembled and my husband is the only one that can lift it... other than that, it was great for his first party, and i'm sure it will continue to serve us well for years to come.

We are using this in our small convenience store and so far it's been great. It would be nice to have a larger top rack and possibly a warming drawer, but for the price I believe it is a greal deal.instructions on how to use and clean would have been nice, but YouTube came to the rescue.

My husband and son thought Christmas came early when we got this machine. I haven't seen them so excited to cook... hahaha! Makes great hot dogs. Fair warning, it is pretty big and quite heavy.

Purchased this machine to sell hot dogs in a business. At least once per week it would trip our circuit breaker, even though we have commercial grade electricity and have no issues with any of our other equipment. In less than 5 months it stopped working. Discovered the fuse had blown. Purchased new fuse and it still will not turn on. Customer "service" from overseas was worthless, including asking me to upload a video of it not working so their technical team could "diagnose" the issue. Are you kidding me? Upload a video of me turning the power switch on and nothing happening?! Waste of money and time.

This is fairly large and heavy, but works well and serves lots of guests easily.Take you time putting it together. It goes together fine ... if you do it in the right order and put parts in the correct spots. If something doesn't fit quite right ... odds are you have something in the wrong spot.A bit of work cleaning the rollers, but otherwise this thing is awesome.

Unfortunately this product stopped working after 45 Days. I had bought 2 for both of our Little League Concessions and they both broke. One was within 30 days so I could send back for a refund, however the other was ordered 45 days ago so I am out the money. Absolutely ridiculous that they both stopped working so quickly.

I bought this for my American Legion Post to cook some hot dogs for a fundraiser and it worked like a champ. It takes about 10-15 minutes before they are done but we ran it nonstop on 2 separate days for 8 hours each day and it is still working great 👍 👍
