It is shorter than other ones I have purchased by about a foot so I’m not sure if that’s normal or not other than that I haven’t really used it yet

It was kinda easy to assemble but 2 people are needed. Once together the start up was 2 step pilot light then heater but you always had to do both. This product is well made.
